Towing questions
How fast can you get to me?
It depends on your location and shop workload. Call us for a real ETA. We will only promise what we can actually cover that day.
What does a tow cost?
Our base fee is $85, which covers hookup and the first few miles. After that it is $8 per mile. Use the calculator on this page for a ballpark number, then call us for a real quote before we roll.
Can you tow somewhere other than your shop?
Not right now. Our towing is limited to bringing vehicles to ANR Automotive for repair or diagnosis.
Do you tow motorcycles or specialty vehicles?
Sometimes. Call first so we can confirm whether the vehicle fits our current setup and schedule.
What if I'm outside the 40-mile radius?
Give us a call anyway. We can sometimes make exceptions depending on the situation, or we can point you to someone closer who can help.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and Venmo. We don't do invoicing for towing, payment is due at time of service.
Do I need to be with the vehicle?
Not necessarily. If you can leave the keys and let us know the exact location, we can pick it up without you there. Just let us know the situation when you call.
Do you offer full roadside assistance?
Not as a broad standalone service right now. Our towing is focused on limited local tow-ins to ANR Automotive.
