How many vehicles do I need to qualify for fleet service?

We work with fleets as small as 3 vehicles. Whether you've got 3 trucks or 30, we'll build a maintenance plan that fits your operation.

Do I get a dedicated contact person?

Yes. When you sign up for fleet service, you're assigned a dedicated account manager, your single point of contact. You'll have their direct number, no phone trees, no ticket systems. They know your vehicles, your schedule, and your priorities.

What's included in the customer portal?

The portal gives you 24/7 access to vehicle-by-vehicle service history, digital invoices (downloadable as PDF or CSV), upcoming maintenance schedules, and monthly/quarterly spending reports. Everything organized by vehicle.

Can you work on all makes and models?

Yes. Cars, trucks, vans, trailers, we handle your entire mixed fleet under one roof. No need to send different vehicles to different shops.

What's your labor rate for fleet work?

Our labor rate is $120/hr, well below the dealership average of $160 to 200/hr. Fleet pricing and volume considerations are discussed during onboarding. Contact us for specifics.

Do you handle emergency breakdowns?

Yes. Fleet vehicles get priority scheduling during business hours. If something breaks down on a job, call your account manager directly so we can coordinate towing and the next available service time.

Can I bring my own parts?

Absolutely. BYOP (bring your own parts) is welcome. We'll install what you bring and warranty our labor. If you'd rather we source parts, we can do that too, dealer, aftermarket, or OEM.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No contracts. No long-term commitments. We earn your business every month. Most fleet clients stay because the service speaks for itself, not because they're locked in.
